Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you can use the 'Track My Order' page to track where it is!
Just enter in the tracking number (usually sent with your dispatch information)!

Delivery

Outlined below are the basic costs associated with delivery, along with details of how to
qualify for free delivery and what to do if you live outside the UK.
Order online before 2pm and we aim to process your order the same working day.
Order online after 2pm and we aim to process your order the next working day.
Orders over £85 (ex. VAT) qualify for FREE delivery. See details below.

Delivery Charges for the UK

Delivery is £3.50 including VAT to UK addresses.

If the order is received before 2pm, we do our best to process it and dispatch it on the same day. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday - if there is a bank holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.
Please note: next day delivery is only possible if we have the goods in stock, therefore Midshires Electrical cannot guarantee next day delivery - but we will do our best! The amount charged for delivery is just an amount to cover the cost of transport.

Some products may have an extra charge for delivery - this may be because the item is heavy or awkward to move. The reason for the higher delivery cost will be explained in the product description. Our courier may charge more to deliver to some UK addresses - but if any problems like that occour, we will inform you before despatching your order.

Free Delivery

Orders placed with a value of £85 or over (ex. VAT) qualify for free delivery. This only applies to the UK and some surrounding areas.

Collection at Store

It is possible to collect the item from our store in Northampton. Select 'Collection at Store' when going through the checkout process and we will let you know when its ready to come and get!
